Benchmark Supplements Return Process

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, you must return your order within 60 days of the purchase date. You may only use up to one bottle for your order to be returnable.

If your order only consisted of 1 bottle, then you are eligible for a refund. If your purchase consisted of multiple bottles, you may only use up to 1 bottle and return that bottle plus all additional bottles and they must be unopened and resalable condition.Additional non-returnable items:Gift cardsDownloadable software productsPlease do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. (Example: If you paid with

a Visa card, you will be refunded on the same card.)

Return ProcessTo return an item, email us at support@testformx.com with your Order Number and return reason and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps. You will be liable for any return shipping charges.

RefundsAfter receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Most credit card companies take 2-5 business days to process these types of transactions. All returned orders are subject to a $7.50 restocking fee.
